Are your installers both licensed and insured?
Yes! All of our installers assigned to installs, work for us and are required to have both a license and their own insurance. Rest assured, you’re in good hands with Window Depot USA.
Are your installers professional trained?
Again, yes! We understand how important proper installation is to the inefficiency of a replacement window. Bottom-line, it means everything!
All of our installers are AWDI certified. AWDI certification is given out by “The American Window & Door Institute”, an industry standard that we live by. For more information, please read our "Certified Installation" page.

All of our replacement windows are custom made and manufactured to be of the highest quality possible.
Our manufacturer has been producing high quality replacement windows since 1947 and is currently a top 10 window and door manufacturer. Last year alone, they produced more than 5 million replacement windows!
Also, our manufacturer's line of products have received the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.
How strong is your warranty?
We provide each of our customers 3 warranties. You have a limited lifetime warranty from Window Depot USA, a warranty from our manufacturer, and the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval for each of our replacement windows.
There are separate warranties available for doors, vinyl siding, and gutter protection systems.
What is the advantage of custom made windows?
After purchasing replacement windows from Window Depot USA, our installer is sent out to meet and greet you and to measure for your new windows. All of the windows we sell are 100% custom made.

Aren't all vinyl windows the same?
Not really. Some vinyl replacement window companies use “recycled vinyl” to save a buck and produce both cheap and low-quality replacement windows. We use nothing but pure “virgin vinyl”. It cost a bit more, but our goal isn’t to sacrifice quality.
Why is “virgin vinyl” better then standard "recycled vinyl"? Unlike “recycled vinyl”, "virgin Vinyl" is more pure and will not stick or swell due to moisture.
